High
Clear Skies Fish tend to slow down, find cover or go to deeper waters Slow down and use more attractive lures or flies.
Rising
Clearing or Improving Fish tend to become slightly more active Fish with bright flies and lures, near cover. Also, deeper depths.
Normal and Stable
Fair Normal Fishing Experiment with flies and lures.
Falling
Degrading Most active fishing Speed up and surface or shallow areas may work well.
Slightly Low

Many fish will leave cover and head for shallow waters. They may become very aggressive. Shallow lures and imitate bait fish.
