Highland Mills Rod Company brings you a complete line of handcrafted, beautifully finished bamboo fly rods at an affordable price. We have a range of rods from a delicate 6’9” wand for a 3 weight line to a powerful 8’0” rod for a 6 weight line, with sizes in between.
In addition we offer a classic, solid frame fly reel with serpentine “S” handle and solid black end plates. These reels are available in 2½ or 3 inch models. They will accommodate 4 or 5 weight and 5 or 6 weight lines with backing.
- All rods are $545 with free shipping
- All rods are 2 piece, varnished with gold wraps tipped in black.
- Ferrules, hook keepers and winding checks are nickel silver.
- 3 and 4 weight rods are fitted with nickel silver slide band reel seat with a maple insert
- 5 and 6 weight rods have an anodized up-locking, screw lock reelseat with a maple insert.
- Each rod is supplied with two tips, aluminum rod tube and poplin rod bag.
